Hospitality

Chair: Jane Coleman

Needs: Volunteers to help set up and decorate, serve, clean up and prepare food.

Activities:

• Organize and host Fellowship Breakfasts and Dinners
  
  
• Organize and host Bereavement Meals – meet with families to determine their 
      desires
  
  
• Organize and host the Christmas Reception
  
  
• Organize and host Ordination Receptions
  
  
• Organize and host Supper Plus Meals
  
  
• Decorate for all events hosted by the Hospitality Team
  
  
• Order kitchen supplies and food as needed
  
  
• Coordinate snacks for Board meetings with other Ministry Teams
